Our van broke down on I-80 near the Del Water Gap on a cold Friday night in December, with our family of 5 headed toward NYC from Ohio for Christmas. Called CHC and their tow driver, Jesse, was there within 5-10 minutes, and had us hooked up and towed very quickly. Because we couldn’t all fit in the cab, the owner herself came in her personal vehicle to pick us up and bring us back to the shop. The owners stayed late while Jesse worked to get the car fixed and get us back on our way, literally saving our Christmas vacation! And they made us comfortable with snacks, coffee and hot chocolate for the teenagers while we waited (and even some special honey cough drops...read full review
