I want to thank the tech and Dr Nicholas Duffield for help during my emergency visit last week. The tech put my mind at ease and was so caring and kind. Dr. Nicholas Duffield was also very caring and kind and helpful and took all my fears away and helped my dog Chloe immediately. I can't thank both of them enough for making a terrible night so much better. I highly recommend them. Thank you for everything!
We brought our green cheek conure to Dr Marks for a 2nd opinion. The hospital is an hour drive for us but was worth every penny. The staff was incredibly nice and the doctor actually listened to us when we were voicing our concerns and what was going on ontop of being very personable. We will definitely continue using Barton Heights for our bird!
Very compassionate staff, I brought my little 16-year-old dog who was very sick, and they checked him and cared for him very well. Unfortunately, he was already very old and sick, and there wasn't much to be done. They are very understanding in every aspect and gave us the time we needed to share the last moments with our little dog. I am very grateful for every detail of my visit.
