Amazing customer service! This place was a blessing to me! I have used turbo tax for the last 10yrs but this year it said I would only get $303 back. I sent all my information to Vanesa and she called within just a few days to let me know my refund amount (and it was a lot more than $303 lol). This place is fast, efficient, and friendly! They even had a play area for kids, which my daughter was excited and grateful for!

THANKS TO VANESA FOR ALL THE HELP DURING MY CITIZENSHIP PROCESS. I GOT MY CITIZENSHIP!! ALSO DURING TAX MONTH I WENT HERE TO DO ALL THAT PROCESS FOR THE FIRST TIME AND EVERYTHING WAS SO FAST, NICE AND SMOOTH. IN CONCLUSION SHE IS THE BEST IN THE POCONOS.

B&S Latin is a very professional office and the workers are very kind. I highly recommend coming here. They help a lot of people with income tax, money transfers, check cashing, etc.. I really like this place.
