Jeremy Smith's Chimney Doctors is a reliable and professional chimney maintenance and repair service. Customers have praised the company's expertise, friendliness, and ability to diagnose and fix issues quickly and effectively.
One customer had an ongoing issue with their propane fireplace, where the flame kept cycling on and off. The Chimney Doctors team came, vacuumed the fireplace, and got it working again. However, the issue reoccurred after they left. The customer was able to resolve the problem by doing a light sanding of the flame sensor themselves, but felt they had paid $250 just to have the fireplace vacuumed.
Another customer had a positive experience with the Chimney Doctors team. They were able to quickly identify and fix the issue with the customer's fireplace, and even cleaned the glass components. The customer was grateful for the team's marvelous work and their ability to get the fireplace up and running and keeping the customer warm.
A third customer had purchased a gas stove from a company that did not provide installation services. After months of frustration trying to find an installer, the Chimney Doctors team came to the rescue. They arrived on time, did a custom installation, and even closed off and insulated the chimney above the stove, which the customer found to be an energy-saving measure.
Finally, a customer had a negative experience with another company that tried to sell them expensive parts and a new wood stove insert for their 9-year-old Lopi wood stove insert. The Chimney Doctors team, however, were able to diagnose the issue over the phone and were able to clean and reassemble the stove, saving the customer thousands of dollars.
Overall, Jeremy Smith's Chimney Doctors has a reputation for providing reliable, professional, and cost-effective chimney maintenance and repair services.
