Another great experience! My 1999 hot water heater was replaced by a newer, more efficient model in less than 2 hours. The transition was seamless.
Adam Presnell, the plumber is truly one of a kind! His expertise and knowledge-as well as his excellent customer service and interactions- totally exceeded my expectations. Also, being a member of their Comfort Care Plan was very cost effective for the new water heater, installation and removal of the old unit- all done in record time.
Again, I will recommend them to anyone.
Alex did a terrific job servicing our AC system and took the time to answer all of my questions. The Vertex admin team proactively communicates well around scheduling appointments and reminders/tech ETA. From the HVAC system sale to servicing it over the years they have been awesome to work with!
I was very pleased with the PM service work that our technician, Adam Smith performed for us. He was on time, courteous, provided answers to my couple technical questions, provided an estimate on the spot for a whole home dehumidifier that I inquired about.
