I had an amazing experience at the top salons in State College! From the moment I walked in, the every staff member there was welcoming and professional. The space is clean, stylish, and very well organized. Additionally, in their waiting area, there are not only comfortable sofas but also free chargers and candies. This is very considerate and also shows that they want every customer to feel good.

If you have Asian hair and struggle getting haircuts at other places than this is the place for you. Had very bad experiences with previous salons/barbers that doesn’t specialize in Asian hair gave this place a try and definitely will stick with them until my graduation. The price is similar to other salons/barbers if you’re looking for style, however they’re best for fine Asian hair.

It's my fifth time to get my hair cut here at Top Salon, and I've never been disappointed with the outcomes. Some comments said it is overpriced, but in my experience it is reasonably priced for the professional service and outcome you get. I showed them an online picture of the hairstyle I wanted, and they discussed with me and did it even better than what I saw. They take reservation and wash your hair twice--before and after the haircut. Pro tip: there is a discount when you pay in cash, which I always do.
