This place has good prices, and my experience with my barber was good and he was very nice. But the actual haircut wasn’t great. For example, I noticed uneven sideburns and both sides of my head having different lengths of hair.Service: Haircut

My boys and I have been going to Owen's for about a year now. We really like the place. Good atmosphere. Lots of chairs a fast pace so short wait time! But a quality cut. Hint last chair back room. I have had several different barbers from here all good but if you want to request a specific one do not come at closing time. They are working people too and want to go home at the end of the day. So don't be that guy!

I use to go to holiday hair before finding Owens.Ever since the haircuts have been flawless, the speed that they cut hair is absurd, I was in and out in 13 minutes, and they've never upped their price like everywhere else. There's no where else in State College where you can find a haircut for $14, heck holiday hair is creeping on $30.By far Owen's is the best place for a haircut and I'll recommend everyone go here.
