I have found it difficult to trust garages across the area. However, Karch Auto seems genuinely interested in trying to work with you to identify issues and communicate them in a way that's understandable. They are friendly and not condescending...unlike some garages that can talk down to you. I also don't get the impression that they try to find other work to do to make more money off of you. They will also give you an honest opinion on whether the repair that might be needed is actually necessary right at this time. I trust them with my car.

Amazing customer service! & Honest about your vehicles issues and willing to get you scheduled for service as soon as possible although they can get busy. Very reliable and I’ll continue to go here for anything that needs to be fixed on my vehicle. Also Sarah, their receptionist has been very communicative during the process of getting my car repaired.
