I’ve already shared this feedback with owner: Jessica is extremely talented and performs impeccable work!! A gentler touch, improving communication during services including “please”/“thank you”, and honoring mutual agreement to post “brow only” photos would easily enhance experience to “5” ?. Best work around hands down!
