My experience today was very positive, I called in, told them the problem and they said they would call me back. They did return my call in about an hour. They told me they couldn't fix the problem for sure but told me exactly what to do. I was able to fix a persistent tech issue for free based on their advice. They saved me time and money. I have been here before in person as they fixed our Apple computers. The tech at the time was rather arrogant and sarcastic, like a typical 90's trained computer guy (back when you were a special type of nerd to fix computers...I was one so I know). If he could learn to be less sarcastic I bet the other reviews would be higher....read full review
I took my MacBook in when the screen did not come on. Dennis was the employee that worked on it while I waited, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it on the spot. I can't say enough good things about Dennis. He used his knowledge and experience to methodically diagnose the problem and then expertly repaired the computer. I would recommend Connecting Point and Dennis to anyone with a computer or iPhone problem.
This place was amazing! The man was so nice and very helpful compared to other places i went to. I’m in school so i needed my computer back ASAP. It was sent away, fixed, and delivered back in 6 DAYS! And very reasonable price! Thank you so much
