Can't speak highly enough of Steven and his crew. He gave me an honest quote at a reasonable price that wasn't low-balling the competition making me wonder if he was going to cut corners. The quality of the finished work is fantastic and looks like it was always meant to be there in my 100yr old home. The new central air system he put in made summers so much more bearable and was able to integrate it seamlessly with my existing heating system. Steven was super open and answered all of my questions. I had a very positive experience with CEMS and Steve during a recent HVAC replacement. Our previous system had multiple issues, and Steve took the time to perform thorough diagnostics, clearly explain the problem, and walk through different repair and replacement options without pressure.

What I appreciated most was the transparency and patience throughout the process. He answered all of my questions carefully, explained the pros and cons of different systems, and provided pricing that was much more reasonable than another estimate I had received. I recently had a water softener installed. Setting up the appointment was easy and they have an official customer portal to view invoices / confirm appointments and whatnot.
The owner came out to my house to inspect the situation and discuss options before moving forward, while explaining the best solution for me.
One of his employees explained how the new system works and performed the installation, and then made sure my system was working correctly before leaving.
The owner then came back shortly after to make sure everything was working correctly and made sure I understood how everything worked and why we chose the given solution.
