CPMMA is an awesome gym. I love the blend of hands-on technique and active practice! The teachers are awesome and I’m learning so much from them and the other students. I’ve only done Women’s Kickboxing, but hope to expand to other striking classes soon.
My kids have been going to CPMMA since they were very young. I have two boys ages 10 and 12 and they love the classes and their teachers! We consider this establishment to be an extension of our family and I look forward to seeing the kids progression in the years to come. The values and life skills that are taught within the curriculum are transferable into every day life and also to other sports so I feel like this is a great school. We will be continuing our membership as long as possible ! ?
Excellent classes, great facility and awesome coaches.I recently went to a Saturday No Gi class — great instruction and great rolls.Everyone was very helpful including other students.10/10 experience
