I highly recommend America's Carpet Outlet. I had new floors installed in laundry room, kitchen, family room, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, and 2 hallways. I am over the moon happy with the products & service from ACO from start to finish! I was impressed with Joyce, Dave, & Shannon from the moment I walked into the showroom. REVISED Review:
Updated to add that after posting this review, ACO contacted me and immediately offered to completely replace my stair runner and correct the mistakes. I'm delighted that they've been willing to stand behind their work and take care of their customers. I remain happy with the design of the runner I chose and the durability of the wool material which has withstood kids up and down the stairs -- I've not had any issues with stains in spite of many spills. I'm looking forward to having the new runner installed with attention to detail on the install process that will hopefully prevent the same issues in the future.
