I absolutely love taking my pups here. It's a wonderful environment! My pups have seen both Dr. Croft and Dr. Springer and I am satisfied with the visits every time. Dr. Springer is so amazing with dogs, my youngest is iffy with people as shes not even a year old and not socialized yet. Yesterday she got on the floor with her until she was comfortable and warmed up to her. She is super super informative and was sure to answer all of the questions I had in great detail. I am always more than satisfied when going there!

I've been taking my pups to loyalhanna vet for going on 11 years. Dr. Croft and Dr. Springer are absolutely spectacular! I will never go to any other vet ever again. However, it seems like they have all new staff. The techs and, of course, Dr. Croft and Dr. Springer are absolutely amazing. I adore them and how great they all are with my pups. However, reception, on the other hand, is not the same. I was just there Friday 1/5, and while I was checking out, the ladies at the desk wouldn't even look at me.
