I have what many people would consider and are 2 high maintenance dogs. Even just their daily meds, supplements, maintenance is a lot for anyone. A couple of rescue directors recommended this place to me for a vacation. With all of my dogs health issues, I was nervous to leave them with anyone or even leave at all. This place is almost 2 hours away from me but we fly out of Pittsburgh airport. After speaking with Rayna and literally laying it all out on the line, I mean every single health issue, every potential health issue we know could arise, their extensive daily routines, she said, "we'd be happy to have them" and didn't even seem to be least be phased. I was shocked. I really warned her and did not hold back. What I also love is how early they come in every day, and how late they stay every evening. Some places leave your pets for up to 10 plus hours overnight, that to me is worrisome for even a healthy dog just bathroom schedule wise. The hours they're gone is basically our sleeping schedule so that also made me feel much more at ease. The best part is ALL of the staff here are well experienced in dealing with medically challenged dogs. They even have a specific medical wing just for them. Just when I didn't think it could get any better, there is a vet office that if needed, they could literally pick the dog up and be there in just a minute or two walking. Every single person there we met and talked to just absolutely loved and adored our pups. They were sad to see them leave. I was actually able to relax on my vacation knowing they were being well taken care of. My only downfall is they aren't local to me and I can't use them more often, just to even give myself the caregiver some much needed relief from time to time. The place was clean and you can tell very well ran and they know what they are doing. They even asked when we could expect them back because they loved our pups so much. Anytime I go on vacation this will be the first place I look to. Huge thank you to everyone for taking such great care of Mack and Ellie!
Our pups love Cozy Inn! As soon as we arrive, they get so excited they sprint up and down the steps, tails wagging nonstop. The staff is wonderful, providing top-notch care and a warm, welcoming environment. It’s clear they love what they do, and we always feel at ease knowing our dogs are in great hands. They have the best outdoor space around and our doodles love the field trips! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a caring place!
