Booked an appt over a month ago for a men’s hair cut.
Showed up for the appt, and refused to cut my hair. They stated they don’t cut men’s haircut and they forgot to write me on the schedule

Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and unorganized

I have been coming to Reflections for several years and getting my hair colored by Jamie. She always does a flawless job blending the color with the rest of my hair every time my roots come in. Jamie and the rest of the staff here are all super sweet and fun to talk to! Having my hair look professional is SUPER important to me because I do a lot of cosplay (love blonde characters), and I like to use my real hair instead of wigs. Reflection visits are always a standard for me before big conventions because I'm getting photographed all weekend! Some photos in comments

I scheduled myself for a wash and cut. Girl who cut my hair was too busy initially talking to her visiting family to even introduce herself to me and had me sit. Continued talking to her family and ignored me. Finally after her family left she asked what style I wanted and I said I wanted 3-4 inches cut off and long layers. She started cutting. No wash, no spritzing my hair with water to get rid of the kinks (I don't have straight hair and it was in a pony tie all day). Too
