5 stars, 10 stars, a million. Our heat went out last night and it is freezing outside. We called at 7:30am and someone promptly answered the phone, and very nicely informed us that someone would be here within the hour. The tech was wonderful, very nice and helpful, and he was able to get the job done super quickly with no fuss. Extremely pleased.
There aren't enough stars to highlight! My home was in need of some repairs. A new gas-line was installed from the meter in. Then they found a crack in the furnace that was pumping CO2 in my cellar, possibly for years? It was replaced with a new high efficiency furnace. A few other things needed repaired. Newell's Plumbing, Heating, & AC did an awesome, professional job on installation, and promptness! Just overnight my house is full of fresh air and It's been awhile since I have slept so good. A BIG THANK YOU, TO THE NEWELL CREW!!!!!!!!
