Customer service is alive and well at Victory Cleaners. Its nice to know that there are still businesses like this today. Andrea, the manager of the Springfield location, is kind, professional and went above & beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied.

My family has always used Victory Cleaners for their dry cleaning and we’ve never had any issues! The staff are wonderful and super friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Victory Cleaners to anyone!

Needed a new suit altered and shirts cleaned/pressed for a funeral. There was a mix up when I picked up my items and I didn’t get my shirts. When I finally realized I didn’t have the shirts, it was the day I needed them and the store was closed. I reached out via social media and Angie responded right away and went out of her way to get to the store and meet me to pick up my items. Such INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
