Avoid if possible!!! Absolutely abysmal care, bordering on neglect. My appointment was at 10 o’clock I was seen by the doctor at 11:30. Was Miss-diagnosed, Nobody ever called with tests results.

Was diagnosed with an ear infection. They told me to wait it out a 4-5 days that they have the prescription ready, but wanna see if it heals on its own. They said, call back if it still persists. After 4-5 days and I won't even have to come in.They'll just send the prescription to the pharmacy i waited 7 days I called nobody knew anything about it when I called then they said that they seen that I had an ear vexed, and that they left the message for the doctor to call me back.No one called me back the next day.I called again.They said that they will leave another message. And someone will call me back. Way to find my phone all day again. No Call again meanwhile, the infection...read full review

New patient but The doctor and receptionist were very nice and as an anxious person, both helped me feel less anxious. Got sick & was able to get a sooner appointment thankfully.

The phone customer service is ok, depends on the time and who answers (1 was less helpful/kinda brash, 2nd time the lady was very helpful and nice) but the actual doctors office is an overall good experience. 4.5 stars 🌟
