Our modestly-sized Cape Cod was reaching its bursting point with 4 of us in the house and we were looking to expand. Pellak was local, and we got a great sense from meeting the team that this was the partner for us.

We were presented with multiple options upon meeting in their showroom in Springfield. The care and attention to detail was immediately apparent as we worked together to provide feedback and options were discussed. Once largely finalized, we waited a bit before committing. We had already used Pellak Construction two years ago to give us a new garage/mudroom/half bath addition to our 1920's home. We were so pleased with all aspects of the project that we knew we'd hire them again when it came to renovating our kitchen space. As in many older homes, our kitchen was quite small and narrow, with an awkward layout for more than one person cooking, outdated cabinets, inadequate counter space and limited storage. The adjacent dining room, however, was larger than we needed, dark, and rarely used.
