I am obsessed with the nails I got. I asked for a French tip and they can be a hit or miss but Linh absolutely exceeded my expectations. They are so classy and cute. PK is very clean and the staff are so kind. Didn’t have to wait long at all for a walk in appointment. I have been a customer for years and I will never go to another place! Thank you, PK!

Helene does my nails each time that i get a refill. The service is awesome, very clean, enough distance from others, very fair with prices, and the only thing is that they cannot design your nails as you desire in photos.

I've been going to pk for years mostly because it's cheap and close but as i started to get my nails done more frequently I have found myself to be very disappointed in PK nails, first I always call to make an appointment or call in advance to see if they can take me ASAP and I always wait 45 mins don't tell me I can come in right now if I'll be waiting forever, last year I had a very bad experience with pk when 2 of my nails came off within 5 days of me getting them and I called about it and had to wait forever to fix a mistake that they made... this is officially my last straw as I show them a simple design and they all comeover to me and I can just tell there talking about me the lady grabbed my hand and yanked me to show the lady next to us and after about 13 tries on her trying to do the design of which she said she could I finally just said forget it and picked a simpler design in which she still couldn't do I left so unhappy w my nail uneven and i work at a place where costumer service is so important and I can say at pk they do not have costumer service.
