We LOVE Monarch Staffing. We are a small non-profit that has from time to time needed temporary administrative help. The vast majority of staff we hired temporarily through Monarch ended up remaining as a permanent staff member. We currently have 5 employees who came originally from Monarch and have been with us for 4-10 years. All of them have been promoted to higher positions in the organization.

I spend years working with the Monarch agency. I started off doing mailroom and office filing then moved my way into database management work. Monarch really helped in building my resume. One thing about Monarch that I really appreciated was how I was able to see so much workplace diversity throughout the different companies that they sent me to. I'm employed full-time now at a government facility where Monarch sent me for an assignment. I want to thank Monarch for the opportunity that I now have that was through them.
