I went to the Springfield store for some XLR cords and I as soon as I walked in there about 4 employees that stopped what they were doing and greeted me almost simultaneously. You would’ve thought I was Justin Bieber or something. Customer service like that in my opinion is old school and you don’t see anymore these days. They were great with helping me decide what size and quality cords to get. As a mobile dj I’ve bought cords many different places but theirs always seems to last the longest and their warranty plan is great. 5 stars hands down!

When my son told me he wanted to learn the Bass guitar, I did the millennial thing, and ordered one off Amazon. I did some research and decided an Ibanez Mikro electric bass guitar would be a good beginner. It arrived in terrible condition; the body cracked apart and paint chipped off like crazy. I returned that bad boy immediately and my first stop after the UPS store was George’s. I did what I should have done in the first place and went to a local shop. Tommy greeted us and was refreshingly knowledgeable about what we wanted and showed us the exact same bass guitar (but in perfect brand new show room condition). I wanted a Guild M-120 (my dream guitar) and Tommy was very helpful with my purchase. The entire staff was extremely kind, helpful, and courteous and I now have a new favorite music store.
