Bob has gone beyond customer service to try and help me find a replacement contractor who started a job and wasn't license to do it after he had over 1/2 deposit. It has been a nightmare trying to finish this job. Bob has taken time to help me and showed great patience over the phone, as Iam a senior woman.
I have dealt with this company on two separate occasions. Once taking fill and disposing it at there site. Another getting topsoil delivered. I had very good customer service both times.
