Dr. Hollister is very thorough, professional and extremely personable. I really like and trust her! The staff there is equally to be praised.My only concern is not having the former phone number returned to the Spring Mills office. This was a terrible move and has angered so many of us in Penns Valley. I strongly urge you to reconsider!
Most of my visit was terrific. Brittany, the assistant was excellent. She was pleasant and friendly. She was knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Hollister was awesome. She was thorough and explained everything.....but the receptionist....I waited over 5 minutes for her to check me out, while she ignored her job to talk personal stuff with someone at the counter that wasn't a coworker or a patient. When I realized she wouldn't be ending her conversation anytime soon, I interrupted and told her to bill me if I owed anything and I left. I was not happy.
Although this location was a bit further out for me the drive was worth it. Very pleased with everthing, the staff was friendly, pleasant, on time, very professional and thorough.
