I find the staff at the Spring City store to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a five way toggle switch that needed to be replaced and the price and the time to make the repair was very reasonable. The repair was done in house and only took a week.

I had another guitar repair that needed to be done in which the guitar needed to be sent out and the company they use was excellent. They also have a company that does amp repair as well. I had a 1962 Gibson Explorer that needed some work and the company they recommended was excellent and did great work.

It’s hard to drive by George’s Music without stopping in and today was no exception. First thing I saw was Tom working behind the cash register. And I’ve been buying stuff there with Tom’s assistance and good advice for at least 30 years. Everything from keyboards to guitars and even some percussion equipment. Today it was just a couple sets of guitar strings. There were a whole wall of guitar strings and I’m thankful for Tom’s help picking out some strings that fit my style of playing. Couldn’t have done it without him.

I returned to my favorite music store today to spend my birthday money on guitar accessories. I found everything I was looking for to restock needed strings and picks… I think you can always buy these. Also I was able to ask about some ideas I had for my next step in guitar growth. Shaun was very helpful and even came up with suggestions I had not thought about. Thank you for helping me enjoy my guitar and grow in the music.
