I had taken my guitar to George’s in Spring City PA and while there noticed my jack for the pickup had become detached. Tom just picked it up and put his hand inside the guitar and reconnected the problem parts. He didn’t ask for a penny for the help and declined any payment when I offered it. That’s the kind of person you want to see at your music store. Many thanks for the help both with my instrument and with getting the proper gear for my needs.

I just wanted to look at some keyboards and electronic drum kits. It seems to be difficult to find a good music store like this. They have a great selection and friendly atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff was extremely helpful! I was not sure what to look for and they explained everything very well! I'll definitely be coming back for anything else music related!

This location has phenomenal customer service. It's obvious that the workers have a lot of passion for creating a great experience. I walked in with little knowledge of instruments and both Phil and Shaun were able to guide me to the bass that suited me the best! They were incredibly kind and were able to answer all my questions and find a great bass for my low-budget range. Definitely returning to this location!
