An overall very good experience with Fenceworks. The project was to move existing fencing to a new location and add a larger double gate. We got a quick call back to start the planning. The scheduler was friendly and helpful. An on-site visit happened soon. There was a lag time of several months after placing the deposit and installation but we understood material had to be ordered. The initial install did not go quite as planned though the crew was communicative and hardworking (mostly because of problems on our end). Outstanding team and such a pleasure with which to work. We had numerous challenges with the process from our township and the team at Fenceworks was outstanding, kind, patient, and creative. We were able to get a wonderful fence which we love and the installation was outstanding and professional.

We had Fenceworks install a new split rail fence one year ago, replacing our old one that had started deteriorating.The process of getting an estimate and doing the work was easy and convenient and the team showed up on time, worked hard, and was very professional.Several months after they installed the fence we noticed some alignment issues due to the changing humidity and natural settling. Fenceworks was very responsive, quick to come out, and fix the issue so it won't happen again.
