We love SBK!! Our dogs are always so happy here. The staff is knowledgeable, caring, and love these pets as their own. The training classes are very helpful, and the socialization is priceless. Thanks for all you do!!!

I had to leave my Fur babies here for 9 days while on vacation. It's about 40 minutes away from my house but it's one of the only places I could find that would take dogs who are not "fixed."When I arrived I asked unexpectedly if I could see where they would be staying. The kennels were very clean and I was pleased to see that. I called a few times to check on them and if there was no answer, my calls were promptly returned. Pick up was easy but they forgot to give me my blankets back, which means I have to drive back at some point to get them.

Springbrook Kennels came highly recommended to me, as I was in need of kenneling my two 1.5 year old German Shepherds. I called to see if there was availability and received an answering machine. I left a message and within an hour, Springbrook Kennels were already calling me back! Talk about exceptional customer service! They had availability, for the dates, which I needed. On a daily basis, I called to see how they were (yes, I'm a nervous ninny) . They spoke with me at length each time and not once were they indicative that they were annoyed with my calls.
