They are very patient friendly and very caring doctors and staff. everything is explained to you step-by-step, all of the procedures, and the things that will be happening when and how.
I have been going to this practice for 30+years. My most recent experience was very bad. I went in for a routine eye exam and they incorrectly billed my medical insurance. The difference in the copay is $40. I called and spoke to the billing office and they would not correct the problem. I have reported this to my insurance company and reporting as insurance fraud. They lost myself and my family as patients. The office staff and billing staff were no help at all.
Dr. Lee is a gem. He is honest, real and easy to talk too. He made a miracle happen. I have 20/25 vision in my left eye after cataract surgery. This when I couldn’t even see the large E in the eye chart even with a prescription.
