PRIME ROOFING responded quickly for an estimate to repair siding and attic roof vent. They came out and repaired the damage. Looks like the job was done well and completed quickly. This is the third project hired PRIME ROOFING for and as always, very satisfied with their work. All three projects were completed on time and with no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend PRIME ROOFING for roofing and windows. They came out and replaced a failed roof seal on a soil pipe quickly. The estimate was very fair. They also installed new skylights and gutters. On the install day the Crew was excellent. Very good clean-up and assured that they would be there for any future issues. Very, very pleased. Would highly recommend them if in the market for a new roof.
From start to finish, they have been nothing but professional. Jeff came out to provide the estimate. He went on the roof to measure and look around. He took the time to explain everything to me. He made me feel so comfortable with the process. Total dad, with the amount of time and care he took. Rick was our project manager and kept me informed every step along the way. I knew exactly what was happening, and even gave our dog some pets. Renee was super patient with me when scheduling, and just nice to talk to. We are super happy with our decision to go with Prime and will recommend to family and friends.
Their prices , the quality of their work, their responsiveness to issues , Rick their manager , I can’t rave enough about our experience with them . They certainly should take pride in their customer service. In this day and age they are refreshing and I wish them the best of luck growing their business . 👍
