Allan and Larry arrived promptly. They were friendly, professional and efficient. They took time to explain certain aspects I had questions on and did not push the sale of the new remote, which I thought I needed. Their testing proved otherwise and they showed me why. How nice to have an honest and friendly crew backing my beautiful, newly serviced fireplace.

Allan and Larry came today and were great! Arrived on time, very friendly, gave great information and showed me pictures while they fixed the issue, and found a long term solution to the draft coming from our chimney and a short term solve for our broken electric fireplace. All this in less than 45 minutes. They also are reasonably priced for a providing solution that will improve comfort in our home. They even cleaned off our electric fireplace with windex when they were done. I would recommend, they seem like great young men.

Where to begin….we started calling around with zero success. I reached out to a good friend at Phase4 Construction for a recommendation to help us update our gas fireplace. His recommendation was to contact Estates Chimney and Fireplace. From the first phone call, I felt like they wanted our job. The customer service and our sales person, Dean, were outstanding.
