After buying our house 7 months ago we had what we thought was a minor leak in our roof. Alex came out the next day and assessed our entire roof. Not only was he kind and polite but it was clear from the very start that he knew what he was talking about. He was very transparent about the issues with our roof and the shooty job the previous homeowners roofer did. He explained the differences between fixing the problems he saw vs replacing the roof. He wasn’t pushy with telling us “oh you need a whole new roof” or “I can’t just fix the small issues I will only do a roof replacement” like other roofers we contacted. He gave us an estimate on fixing the leaks that were happening and another estimate on replacing the roof in the future. He also sent us pictures of the roof from when he was up there. He came out today (the day after Christmas!) because we are due to get rain tomorrow. Alex is very honest, dependable, good at communicating and fair! When we get our roof replaced down the line or any other projects like our siding, we are going to call him again.
