In the middle of this heat wave my A/C conked out. I called Cindel and got the answering service. Josh called me back almost immediately. At first he said he would do his best to fit me in to his already full next day & assured me he would call and keep me posted. About a half hour later he texted me and said he would come early in the morning and make me his first stop. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it.
