This is a great company to deal with. I recently purchased a part from them for my windmill, but when it arrived, I found I ordered the wrong part. I called customer service and spoke with Aaron Tokay who completely understood my predicament and guided me through the steps to take in order to get a full refund for the wrong part I ordered, plus the cost of shipping I paid for them to send it. I would definitely recommend Natural Waterscapes.
Great customer service in helping me address our pondweed issue. Thank you, Jesse, for awesome service and putting customers first! Much appreciated!
