Joe came to rehang 2 sets of curtains at a rental property I manage, and was extremely helpful in all aspects. he explained everything wonderfully, went above and beyond, and made sure i knew what was happening every step of the way. he picked up trash in the driveway, helped with any and all questions i had, and did it all with a smile on his face. he even helped me get a sliding screen back on track. please give my absolute best regards to Joe.customer service was not very helpful this time around - but that’s not on Joe. i was told he’d be there at 8am, or shortly after, but evidently was not even scheduled to come until 10. too much interdepartmental miscommunication.

Joey was very kind and knowledgeable about the window. He made me feel better about the situation we are dealing with. He showed me the proper way to measure for the height of a unit that could work. I recently suffered a stroke and have to get assistance with certain things.I appreciate his time and effort.

Joey came out to do a follow up on our sliding glass door. He was courteous and thorough. Taking care of the problem, explaining all steps of the process, and keeping the area clean. It was greatly appreciated!
