The staff is very nice and polite, and the doctor helped with the problem. Patients were checked thoroughly, and concerns were taken seriously. One visit was very good, with no pain involved. The doctor explained everything well. Another patient was very pleased with the knowledgeable doctor who answered all questions; the assistant and receptionist were also great. However, the phone answering service is terrible, always asking for contact info but never calling back. The business has three convenient locations in western Pennsylvania.
