when did you get rid of your billing department and subcontract billing to a 3rd party company? I have been trying to get a bill in the mail for weeks now. After 3 calls they said they would send it in the mail, we will see. Oh yeah, am having the same problem with UPMC for life and it sounds like the same company in the Philippines doing their billing too since you and UPMC for life have merged data. I have a very simple policy. Send me a bill in the mail and I will send you a check.
