“when you get in a study, it is easy to get in and out and get paid for your time. sometimes tho, it seems the staff don't want to deal with their job and can be unhelpful and to be honest, rude. overall, I still recommend trying to participate. it pays well and if you're able to help someone with their quality of life thru the studies done here - it's worth dealing with a bit of rudeness.“

“Let's just be honest - no one WANTS to undergo a colonoscopy but this was the third in my lifetime and all I can say is that this place is WONDERFUL! Instructions provided were clear and concise, easy to follow, all the staff were nice, friendly, very competent. Dr. Lorenze came in to speak to me prior to the procedure and immediately upon my awakening from anesthesia. She's the same as the rest of the staff - nice, friendly, and very competent. My prior two colonoscopies were in another state where I used to reside but this is the only one where I can honestly say that afterwards, I didn't even feel like I had even had a colonoscopy! I believe much of the difference is in the prep instructions PLUS, I had used Golytely with those, but Suprep was prescribed for this one. There was less to drink. Anyway, I can't say enough good things about this place. EVERYONE was wonderful from the time I walked into the place until I left - staff, doctors, anesthesia, etc. Let's not forget billing - mine was definitely coded correctly whereas I didn't even have any issues with the insurance company! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING SOUTHWESTERN ENDOSCOPY UNIT!!!“
