I bought a shed from them approximately 14 years ago and the roof started leaking. I called and spoke with the woman who made every effort not to help me. When asked if they would repair or replace the roof, she said they would but they were swamped right now. I told her the roof had shingles and she said they probably would not replace shingles but would instead put a metal roof over the existing shingles. She said they hardly do shingles anymore. We agreed someone would come out in a few days and I gave her my name and number. This never happened. I then contacted another contractor who replaced the roof with new shingles. In doing so, it was learned while removing the old shingles that the existing shed roof from Greentree Lumber had no tar paper between the roof and shingles. Shingles were nailed directly onto the boards. I will never buy their products again.
