Due to damage by a contractor stepping on my Condenser piping, allowing water into the system, Shawn discussed options and was very honest with me. He saved me money and got a new condenser installed, along with a new coil and the piping between the 2. Our AC runs great and kept us cool this summer. “I had called other businesses in the area to get my plumbing issues corrected . I however did not receive a courtesy return phone call from these businesses for a potential customer. I called the rooter-man location in Grove City this morning and immediatly received a return phone call explained my issues was told they would send someone out this afternoon to give me a free estimate. The gentleman that arrived at my homes name was Don he explained exactly what needed to be done to take care of my issues and gave me an estimate which I was very happy with .
