I was calling all over to get my AC looked at. Rick came over same day and was super friendly and direct. I have to have it repaired through a specific warranty program so I'm not able to use Chips for the repairs but for their promptness and kindness, I will refer them to everyone!
Excellent company! I have had several issues with the furnace and when I called they were prompt with a response. They went out of their way to help get it running at a reasonable price even though we know a new furnace is in our future. Apparently the pilot went out last night and I called very late and he called me right back and walked me through lighting the pilot. Thank you for outstanding service!
Very happy with Jeff and his employees. They showed up for the job on Time and did a very professional install on a new mini splits system. Jeff and his crew are very courteous and professional, We highly recommend this company and will use in the future.
