Personable but (Crystal Fink) failed to reciprocate after she told us to take measurements of our driveway and patio, which we did, and that she would give us a rough estimate; this "rough estimate" we never received; a "yes" or "no" "we are too busy" would have been okay, too, but nothing but crickets was heard.Service: Stamped concrete services

Called for a quote on basement stairs / wall on March 4. Never got a response. Called again now, receptionist wasn't very pleasant. Asked me if residential or commercial, had to check with someone else. I asked if they repaired them, she said no, we are too busy, we wouldn't do that. I asked her her if they would if not busy, she said no.

I need to thank everyone at All American! After 3 different contractors, the first one took a deposit & left a swallow hole in our yard & left the dirt everywhere. The second contractor never showed up, to finish, the third was stringing us along for 5 weeks, every Friday he would he tell would start on Monday. So with a driveway full of fill blocking our garage & a dug up yard for over 2 months & an event with 65 guest that's was planned six months in advance that upcoming weekend we found All American. I took a chance & called them on a Monday afternoon & by Wednesday they did a stamped patio for us! I can not thank them enough! The most professional crew I have seen...read full review
