Helm's quote came in ~20% less than the other places we quoted. There was no catch. The finished product is beautiful, and it completely changes the feel of our outdoor space. Despite being warned that the fence wouldn't do much for reducing traffic noise, it seems to have cut down the noise by 50%. People who visit keep commenting how much quieter it is now.
