A wind storm in July 2025 destroyed my awning and I called Paul construction since they had installed the awning in 2018. Andrew Roger’s, the manager responded very quickly and we decided to have it repaired than replaced as the supports were intact. They quoted a very reasonable price. There was a delay of about 6 weeks as Sonesta was backed up. Once the parts arrived, they did a great job only hindered by a malfunctioning wind sensor. Andrew returned several times till the problem was fixed. Kudos to Andrew and the company
Paul’s Construction & Awning installed a large retractable awning about 10 years ago. Support and service has always been good but recently I can state that the support and service has now been upgraded to excellent!
I needed my awning removed to accommodate the installation of new siding and then reinstalled. Paul’s was very responsive and performed both operations flawlessly. Communication with the lead supervisor, Andrew, was excellent. He answered all questions, promptly returned all calls and delivered as promised. My awning is going strong. I’m a very happy customer.
