“Phoenix is the place to go. Specifically, this location. All the therapists (Bobby, Alexa, Andrea) make therapy fun. I’ve never once thought “ugh I have therapy tonight” (and I was going after work 2-3x a week). Lexi (receptionist) is great too and schedules times that work for you! During therapy, all the staff members talk to you and the patients join in to the conversation. It’s a welcoming, group-like environment that offers individualized therapy activities and care. Concerns are always listened to and addressed. You can also ensure your rehab program is designed with fidelity. The facility is always clean and inviting. “My son Tanner suffers from post concussion syndrome for three years now. We have been going to physical therapy at a different provider with no big changes so I asked to be transferred to nova care in Denver after speaking to Robert about their great vestibular therapy they have available for tanner. After meeting with DJ they picked up on several different areas no one else could with his eye movements that directly played a role in his everyday recovery process. Tanner is making improvements in both therapy and speech since we made this change and DJ and nova care has become a huge part of our lives as we walk through tanners recovery process with him. We have been on a long journey so far and any improvements small or big are a win for us.
