Jim and his team built us a brand new kitchen in our home and helped to update the entire first floor of the 1920 four-square into a modern West Reading gem (while preserving all of the classic charm). JM Ball Construction helped out in an emergency situation with Hurricane Ida. They were very professional, very prompt and the workmanship was outstanding.We recommend them for all construction needs.
14 years ago, Jim Ball built an amazing contemporary addition to our Victorian home (shown in first photo), refurbished a stone structure on our property to install a gazebo, and built a 52 foot bridge to replace the one that had been there for over 100 years. When an enormous red oak fell on the bridge in Fall of 2020, making it unsafe for foot traffic, we of course, called Jim to the rescue! Relying on his substantial engineering and construction skills, he rebuilt the bridge for us in time to hold a wedding on the property and sturdy enough to hold the entire wedding party with friends and family! We cannot say enough about Jim's talents and skills in the design and construction of buildings and, yes, even bridges! Add to this his incredible sense of responsibility, honesty, and genuine enthusiasm for his work, and you have a construction company that has few, if any, rivals.
