The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and completely willing to help and answer my numerous questions. Zach was my salesperson and he made the buying experience so much fun while still being very professional. One day before it arrived, I stopped in with questions and Kim patiently took me through everything step by step and alleviated any concerns. I have had my water tested there and they tell me how to correct it without selling me any additional products. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole experience. The delivery guys were awesome too and everything went very smoothly.

As soon as we walked into Fronheiser we felt welcomed, The salesman Zachary Franchino didn't pressure us, He was professional and knowledgeable about the Hot Tubs...Yes, We did buy from Fronheiser and glad we did! The delivery team was also very professional....Josh, who was very knowledgeable didn't leave until we were satisfied with the placement of out Tub, They also answered all our questions before leaving!
