During a recent visit to the salon we were greeted at the Front Desk by Brynn Hendrix & Kendall Paciolla. I was shocked to hear Kendall was in training, because she was calm under pressure, confident, and gave off a good energy. As a small business owner, watching Brynn provide guidance & training to Kendall, with the highest level of respect & patience, was a breath of fresh air. When so many folks are rushing, stressed, and anxious- customers can sense that. The customer service provided here, as a team, was exceptional. I asked for their full names to give credit where it’s due. The salon itself is beautiful, offers many services, and is clean & lovely!
I recently started going to Brooke for my lashes, and I’m obsessed with how they look! I recently had natural fall out on one of my inner corners a week before I head to the beach, so I called and they got me in next day with Lyndsey and added in a couple lashes for me, for no charge! I couldn’t recommend this place enough, plus everyone is so friendly!
