My wife had just seen Dr. Steven Haywood and couldn’t stop raving about the warm, welcoming atmosphere, the excellent treatment, and the exceptional customer service. I decided to make an appointment—and I’m so glad I did.

From the moment I walked into Dr. Haywood’s office, I could tell this was going to be a different experience. Every member of his team was friendly and welcoming, ensuring I felt comfortable from the start. They took the time to listen to my concerns, which instantly put me at ease.

Dr. Haywood is unlike any dentist I’ve ever encountered. He made me feel like I was the only patient in the practice, giving me his full attention and never rushing through the visit. His approach was thorough, ensuring not only that I was pain-free, but also that all my dental issues were addressed with the highest level of care and precision.

While examining the problem with my crown, Dr. Haywood also identified issues resulting from my previous dentists treatment as well as some things (like silver fillings), which are outdated by todays standards. He walked me through my options, explaining which procedures were essential for my health and which were simply cosmetic. There was absolutely no pressure to go beyond what was necessary, and I really appreciated the transparency.

When I left the office, my teeth had never felt cleaner, and I felt confident that my dental health was in the best hands.
