We heard some noise coming from our basement and investigated to find some uninvited guests (black snakes) had gotten in. They were not dangerous, just not wanted. We contacted Joe and he came to our house but the snakes had disappeared. A couple days later they returned and we contacted Joe again. He came right over and in the utmost professional manner, removed them.Joe was phenomenal to deal with and if we should get any additional uninvited critters, we have Joe on speed dial!

I returned home to find out that there was a mother raccoon and babies living in my attic. I left a message for joe and he called right back and said he would be out the next day even though I was outside his service area. This was a tremendous relief since I had a flight scheduled soon and this is a busy time of year for raccoon problems. He used a technique that got the mother to relocate her babies and leave the attic. He removed the damaged gable vent and installed a more secure pest shield. I would highly recommend him .
